Sylvan Avenue School in Bayport has a School Effectiveness Survey online at http://bbpschools.org/newsite/Bayport/Schools/sylvan.php/
The survey is on the right side of this site. It is given annually to assess the effectiveness of different aspects of the school. The results are then used to guide the School Improvement Team in formulating it's goals. The survey will be online until June 26, 2009.
